Day 2 - Can you believe it...I don't have a hangover! Whoo-hoo! James, Jillian, Stephen and I decided to do a little tour of the town. It was BEAUTIFUL weather! Warm enough to throw on a pair of jeans and a tank top! Wow perfect weather! We hit Times Square and did the obligatory round circle shot and took a photo of the 3JXPRESS! We decided to also take the "Duck Tour" of NYC. This is a tour of the Empire State Building, Macy's, Madison Square Garden and other sites as well as driving into the Hudson River. The BOAT/BUS actually drives on asphalt and then floats on water! Pretty cool! It was nice to be 1/2 way out on the Hudson taking photos of the NYC skyline.

Just as the tour was finishing we Steve decided to give us a call and see what we were doing for lunch. WE ALL AGREED THAT WE WANTED SOME NYC PIZZA!!! Off we went to Angelino's - next to the David Letterman show. Yummy! That was SO good! I want more of it! Well, after lunch at Angelino's - we headed back to our rooms to get ready for the Meet-Up. You know we girls take too long to get ready. There were 3 of us that needed to get into the shower and use the bathroom and primp and pamper ourselves...then the chore of deciding what to wear! Jillian looked HOT & of course SEXY with her little black dress and patent leather red pumps! James was dapper in his grey shirt and black slacks! How do I compete...the two of them chose the dress I was going to wear - so I decided, "ok...if the other 2/3 of the 3JXPRESS agreed, then that's what I'm going to wear! Strapless little black dress...(you two better make sure it doesn't slip down or anything pop out!!! Jillian you take the front and James you take the back!) :) After more wine, and shots while getting ready - Stephen (jaxsully) met up with us and we all took a taxi to the Delancey! Our cabbie wasn't quite sure where it was, but he dropped us off in the general vicinity and Stephen and James forged ahead of Jillian and me to look for the place! Hey WTF??? Don't you see we are all dressed up and all these strange men are looking at us? We must have been a sight to be seen, while Jillian and I tried to look self confident walking through a neighborhood all dolled up and holding hands! HAHAHAH!!!! Yeah, eat it up guys! We finally made it and along the way met Joshua (smuffygt).

Sooner rather than later there we were! The Delancey! Who did we see the minute we opened the door? Natasha and Jeff! They welcomed us with hugs and warm smiles...this is going to be a GREAT night! I remmeber heading up to the rooftop where it was reserved for the Travbuddy meet-up and I remember that I was able to meet:

WOW, so many people and so many names to remember...not only the Travbuddy's, but the friends they also brought. Sheesh! Sorry to all of you I forgot to recognize on this blog.
Me, "the DUCK" and Jillian
..memory is still a little hazy! Could it have been all the wine I've been drinking since GOD know's how much wine I've had! My poor liver...HOLY FRIJOLIES!!!! I remember the party being up on the roof and then carrying it down to street level and the rest is a blur. There was conversation of "The Look!" Conversation of "Where's Jillian...Where's Joy..." Conversation of a free trip to Australia with Ruthie, Jillian and me...*wink* *wink* jaxsully! We are waiting! SHOTS being poured all over the place and who knows what else... I apologize for everything I don't remember, I think my liver is TOAST!!! HAHAHAH!!!! Did anyone say "toast?" Where, When....HAHAHA!!! The evening ended slightly early for the 3JXPRESS because of just way too much alcohol...I remember we needed to get back to the room right away...so the night ended with the 3 of us asleep before midnight! What a night! More to be added as the haze lifts from my brain!
