Ankara Tava at Mirado (Antalya) Grilled sirlion steak on kuskus rice with tomato and kashar cheese
Talking about food, I love Italian, Japanese, Korean and of course Thai. Those foods are what I've been involved with for all my life but I've never got to try something like Turkish food and it finally beats all records to be my most favorite.

In the colonization period, Turkey expanded and spread its culture through all the colonized countries, on the contrary, it adopted those cultures in return. From the European pastry and Italian smell to Arabic spice, Turkish food is the good evidence showing how this country used to be a great kingdom in the past. Though it is the mix of everything but it turns out to be unique in taste.

No doubt that when I have sandwich in the morning, Donner would come into my vision. Or Kofte being grilled on the side walk where I buy Thai grilled pork. OMG!! How could I forget this food romance :( They are every where, they are in the air :p
