finally!
my introduction to madrid - being mooned on the subway by a random spainard! i, along with a dozen or so other escalator riders recieved a front row show to his hairy behind. i couldn´t help but laugh - which he of course caught me doing. one of his friends then realized there was a girl right behind them and turned and apologized to me, which was nice, but frankly i was too busy laughing to be offended!
after navigating through the awesome metro system and streets so crowded you would´ve sworn it was times square and already new years eve, (tomorrow is gonna be nuts!) i found my hostel where i will now proceed to pass out!
p.s. upon entering my hostel room i was greeted by more nakedness - a shirtless (but handsome) italian guy. he´s travelling with his two italian friends...also handsome! this is shaping out to be an intersting trip already...
