Wanaka beerworks
November 6, 2007
We had to go back to Wanaka today. Not only because we love the place but also because we had to get some beer mugs from Wanaka Beerhouse. It is a very small brewery so Andrew had a taste of the beers and then we were allowed to go to the back room to see the brewing side of it. We also picked up a couple of empty bottles from the pallet. Interesting and we liked the shape of the beermugs. On the way to Wanaka this morning we called in to the Bunjy jumping centre at the bridge. Andrew just said naah, after all he did it on the North Island, but I knew he was interested. After Wanaka, we drove out to Cromwell then Alexandra. Not much there but still all great scenery. It was too late to venture any further so we headed back to Queenstown and then in the Evening we went to the Minus 5 Bar for a drink. It was well worth it! Well tommorrow is our last day and Andrew has booked to do the bungy jump in the morning!
