Stopped for lunch. Fell in love.

Still on our way to Queenstown we reached a T junction. Queenstown to the left & Wanaka to the right.

We decided that as it was close to lunchtime and it wasn't far into Wanaka, we went to the right. We figured that it wouldn't take long to back track. We drove into Wanaka and instantly fell in love with the place. Lunch and and a drive around the area, we found a house we would like ( not for sale) and then found a road that we thought might take us through to Queenstown so we headed that way.

We figured that we could turn back if neccessary but we had got it right and we had made a good decicion. Crowne Range Road. Parts of it may not be for the faint hearted. Got some great photos though.
