Sunset over the Marina.

What can I say about Port El Kantaoui.  This is probably my 5th or 6th time to visit this wonderful town. It will certainly not be my last visit.  I have fallen deeply in love with its charms.  The more often I visit the more I want to be there.  I could easily be persuaded to pack my bags and leave Ireland for good if it wasn't for family commitments.

I think I have more friends over there than at home. When you get to know Tunisian people they become part of your family and you will always have family there.  The weather is glorious, food divine and drink is like nectar for the gods. After a day travelling around sight seeing it was like going home to have your dinner and a glass or two of wine handed to you. La Nafoura is a restaurant that has become my second home. Food here is wonderful and the staff friendly.

I am home almost 24 hours and am already planning my next trip. Hopefully before the end of June. So if anyone else is planning to go there and wants to meet up and talk about it I am willing, ready and able. Hurry before I disappear over there altogether.
