We signed up for a Thai cooking class. Our school picked us up in the morning. We were talking to other people who were in the vehicle & almost everyone was from close to home. There was 2 from Victoria, 2 from Vancouver & one who was from Texas but moving to Seattle in July. It was kind of funny that we were all from the Northwest. Once we got to the house where the cooking class was at, they took us to the market (not a super market). It was an outside market where you can buy herbs, fruit, produce & other goodies. We got all of our ingrediants for what we were going to make there. Then we went back & sat at our tables & we tried many Thai fruits & random things. One of the things we tried was made with a leaf, you filled it will cocconut, peanuts, slice of lime (with peal on), mouse shit peppers (that is what they are called, very hot!!), dried shrimps & a chili sauce. You fold up the leaf & eat the whole thing. It was quite taste!!!!! One of our favorites. We made a total 6 dishes. We made a dish & then ate it. It was so much fun. We also have a cook book that we got to take home of everything that we made. Everyone get prepared for us to make some tastey Thai food!

After that long day of cooking wonderful food & having to eat it, we decided to go get massages. We had an hour & half feet, leg, hand, arms, back & neck. It was so wonderful!!!!
