It was snowing through out weekend. So cold.
The same gang planned to travel to Whistler for skiing. Claudio, Costy, Silvia and Tisha. The first 3 names have been skiing all their life. Tisha--first time (of course, there is no snow in Thailand).

So, game plan was the three will go for skiing and poor Tisha will take a ski lesson.

I did that!

It was fun. A $160+ was paid and I got a ski, ski boots, and a 3 hour lesson with Brits teenager, Matt.
He was pretty good. In my adult group, there were 5 people, all of us "first timer". So we started learning from how to put a ski in, how to walk with a ski- flat, uphill, downhill.

After an hour, I was able to ski down a "baby" hill. The problem was when I supposted to go straight, I turned! And many times that I turned to a tree.

Anyway, not bad at all. I came home with all my limbs intact with one bruise on my bumb (from falling on that).

And.. I got a jump start from level 0 to level 2 (low) by the end of 3 hours!

Matt said next time I can start at level 2.

Well, who know,,, I may be ready for the Olympic 2010 (for senior skiing competition) pretty soon. ;)
