On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road just about 10 a.m. after all the last minute packing and checking to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything. Filled up with gas at our usual station and paid $3.799 per gallon. That should get better as we get farther east. Our California gas has so many additives in it to keep the air clean that it is much more expensive and we get much lower fuel economy.

Our little Toyota Prius is jammed with suitcases, cooler, stuff and more stuff. Hey this is a 45 day trip, we have to have a few changes of clothes, a toothbrush and enough meds with us.
