drove into York today to see the sights
spent lots of time in a very big, very interesting museum, loads of recreated scenes even a street with teeny shops and a horse and cart lifesize model in the laneway
wandered around, had nice lunch, did not go on a ghost tour (as i did in edinburgh), as i just did not want to hang around that long, but i imagine it would have been great
quiet birthday, but got some lovely gifts, some nice charms and even a super lamb banana statue-soooo cool, very liverpool
