Nice to Barcelona

Long day on the bus today, we left at 8.30 in the morning and didnt arrive at the hotel until 6.15, including a stop at La Sagrada Familia, the very bizarre, but beautiful gothic building by Gaudi, very hard to photograph as there is just so much of it, it was hard to get far enough away to get good perspective.

I managed to get some sleep on the bus, which I normally consider a waste of time and hate missing out on the views of Europe, but its good to get some sleep, even if is is sitting up sleep..

Dinner at the hotel, buffet style, food was ok, plenty that I could eat, but disspointingly was a little bland, lots of people complained, but people whinge at every meal-they are much too fussy, although I would have liked something a little spicier.  Even with the difficulties with my celiacs disease, I think its been great.

Drank in the hotel bar tonight, they really know how to give big serves, small bar but nice relaxed atmosphere.
