My folks and my brothers drove me to NAIA to see me off then when I got there, they waited for me outside while I checked in my baggage and paid for damn airport taxes. Well, I only got my backpack, a huge laptop bag and big box of Krispy Kreme for my cousins so I could manage. Although at that point, the box of Krispy Kreme was kind of annoying me and I was fighting the urge to leave it somewhere so I won't have to lug it around with me. After that, I thought I couldn't go out anymore and I wouldn't be able to hug them goodbye but I asked the lady guard to let me out because I needed to get something to eat first. hehe. :P 15mins before boarding and I was rushing to stuff myself with my family at the resto and taking a few gulps of beer just to get my anxiousness in getting on the plane alone out of my system. Dad told me I shouldn't drink because they might not let me on the plane, but I was stubborn. And besides, I didn't plan on getting drunk so I know they won't block me off just because of that. hehe. :P
Time's up! Time to say goodbye and give Rem and Ghi a ring before I turn my phone off. :) One month of being away on my own...it should be fun more than scary. I was too psyched of the unknown!
