Grouse Mt. etc
September 14, 2005
This morning we went to Grouse Mt. We took the gondola up, didn't have the energy to walk. The bears, artic wolves, carving and scenery were great. There was also a woodchopping show which I thought would be boring but it was hilarious. After enjoying our time their we headed down and put the roof of the car down and off we went to Stanley Park. It was lovely, we saw a bit more of the park today. I finally braved it (cheated though) and drove the car. I did drive it on a one way section and as soon as I knew we were getting close to the 2 way part of the road I pulled into a carpark outside starbucks at Prospect point. We saw some very brave workmen. As this was the last day of the rental car we just drove. Ended up at the border. By that time we had to put the roof up and then drive back to Vancouver. We got back to the hotel and then walked across to the Yaletown fire station where Andrew had another chat to the firemen. Back to the hotel for dinner and bed.
