My 50th
A day at sea. Cruising the inside passage. It gave us time to see what was available and get our sea legs. We have already seen some whales. We had breakfast at the Waterfront Grill (deck 10) and lunch in the main restaurant. We have decided that when we were on board for lunch, we would eat there as we would be seated with different people each time and we liked meeting different people and hearing their stories.
We also checked out the onboard shops.
Tonight was the first "formal" night for dinner which I thought was well timed for my birthday. Some one told the waiter that it was my birthday so when our waiters found out, I had a birthday cake brought out and they sung Happy birthday to me.
They wanted to cut it for me but as we had already had dessert, I asked if it could be kept til the next night when we could have it as our dessert. Everyone was happy with that.
Again it was another evening relaxing in one of the lounge areas and having a few drinks.
Tommorrow would be our first port of call. Can't wait!
