Flying to Vegas!
My trip to Vegas started from the KCI airport in KC, a connecting flight in Dallas, and then onto Vegas where I arrived at noon on Friday. Harriet was flying in from Tuscon Arizona at 1, so I waited for her before going to Red Rock Hotel where Melanie and Matt were waiting for us at the pool. Harriet and I got just a little lost driving to Red Rock...Harriet directed me onto the wrong exit (LOL) and then our map flew out of the car. But we finally made it. It was so fun seeing Melanie again (she's a sweetheart), and finally meeting Matt for the first time. The four of us took photos, and then ordered some lunch and margaritas! At 7 I went back to the airport to pick up Joy and Jillian, my two Js of the 3JXPRESS.

It was a nervous time for me because I was thinking that I wouldn't measure up. I was so nervous that I even accidently bit my tongue. Melanie went with me and took photos of us three together, and meeting for the first time. The experience was far more than I ever could have expected. Joy and Jillian are the greatest...love you girls:)
Later in the evening we met up with Jen, Tracy, Will, and John, and had dinner at an Italian restaurant in the Red Rock hotel. This was the first time I had met Jennifer, too. What a doll she is. The dinner was a BLAST!!! After dinner we visited a dance club in the hotel. Joy and I shared several glasses of wine, about 10 each!! I needn't say more because I think you get the picture of how we were feeling. It was a great night and some of us didn't get to bed until 5 in the morning!!! I won't elaborate much further...just let the pics tell the story.
