At around 8am an open pickup van picked me & few others, staying at different guest houses, while dropping our extra luggage at the tour company store room. I tried to keep all the necessary things one should carry on such treks but since this was my first trip of the sort, i was being extra carefull & bought few more things from a small store enroute. Especially don't forget to keep insect spray or mosquito repellants. Although the climate was kind enough to keep them away during the 2 nights that i stayed in village but under fruitful conditions (fruitful for mosquitos) they won't stop...:).
As soon as we were on the trek, i could sense the adventure we were about to discover for another 2 days. Although i had some idea but the trek, the surroundings and the whole atmosphere was beyond my expectations and we all enjoyed it to our full. Our tour guide (Kay) was a really nice guy, very adventurous himself and informative. The first night we stayed at Papu Chom village, but we deliberately named it as the Cabbage village. The pictures tells the story..:)
