Today was another good day. I got up pretty early because i had a lot of things to do before we leave for Brisbane tomorrow. After i had burnt all the discs with our photos to send home i had the pleasure of three phone calls. First was home, Mum, Dad and Ali, second my Nan, who i eventually got hold of when she had finished partying, and thirdly i had the delight of speaking to Mary, which was lovely. Andy and i also spent quite a long time speaking to Loz and Amanda from Melbourne as well. Im getting very excited for going there now. This was all after Andy got back from the pool by the way because he has decided that he needs to be able to swim, or at least tread water as it is now only 2 days until we swim with seals and 3 until we get to the Great Barrier Reef and as of yet he can do niether. Margaret then drove us over to Manly beach when the skies cleared up. It was very very hot and i almost got burnt just from the sun through the car window. She took us via the harbour bridge which was a good experience and then to a look out point over the other side of the harbour. At Manly beach we all sunbathed as it was a really hot day. There are a lot of nice looking ladies here. Whitey and i also went for a swim in the surf which was really quite warm. While we were diving into the waves and swimming underwater we noticed some fish near the bottom and it turned out we were swimming with tropical fish around out feet.... Wow. We got the ferry back from Manly to the city and i got some photos that i am going to send home developed before we headed back to the flat. We're getting ready to go out to Kings Cross tonight which is supposed to be the place to be on a Friday and Saturdy so im quite excited....
