First, i must say that i have added a section at the end of yesterdays blod, so if you have already read that you should take another look first. This morning i was woken up around 9am when the phone rang in bed...it was Mum. So i spoke to mum and dad for a while, and it was good to catch up. Afterwards, we got ready and went to The Sydney Olympic Aquatic Centre. It was brilliant. We went for a swim in the normal pools with slides, fountains and jacuzzis. We then learned that for just a few extra dollars we could attend 'Australia's Biggest Pool Party!' So we did.... First everybody had to pass a swim test by swimming a width of the Olympic diving pool, which Michaela and i did to recieve the wristbands, but Andy wasn't confident enough. Despite encouragement from Mikay and i that he could do breats stroke easily, we didnt want to and sat in the stands with the video camera. So we went on the slides, one massive one stretching from the pool up to the top diving board! In the Olympic pool there were longer inflatables which you had to climb through while being sprayed with water. I fortunately managed to reach the end and slide off despite Michaela stealing the hose form the attendant and constantly spraying me! However.....Michaela fell off at literally the first hurdle. She didnt even get past the first little podium and fell screaming into the water whilst everybody on the side had a giggle. Ha it was quite funny. Finally, i was made up to dive from a podium and swim 50m in the Olympic pool. It was great. Afterwards, we walked to Paddy's Markets. These are huge halls containg loads of market stalls from electronics to souvenirs. I bought absolutely loads of souvenirs and presents for around ten pounds. It was so cheap! We were picked up and back at the flat we watched more of the Ashes, England aren't doing as well as yesterday but not bad. After relaxing Andy wanted us to re-dye is hair. So Michaela applied the blonde dye. After we washed it all out, the colour, it has to be said, was surprising......Ginger. Andy isnt completley happy but it was his pick, who knew it would turn out like that. I think he is going either add the rest of the black a little bit to see if it evens out or shave it off. I dont think it looks bad, especially as nobody out here knows his true colour anyway, but he isnt happy and thats what matters. We'll see.....
