This morning we were up early to go on a bus tour of Hong Kong island and were incredibly tired as last night Whitey not only resorted to snoring INCREDIBLY loud and getting members of his family (uh hum Mary!) to call the room in the early hours in order to keep us awake but also to shouting 'MR KO MR KO CAN WE PAY BY CAN WE PAY BY CARD!!!!!" while he was sleeping....

The first stop was at the Man Mo Temple, one of the most popular in the city. Then it was on to Victoria Peak. We took a tram up a 27degree incline to the highest point in the city for an amazing view of Hong Kong. The next stop was Aberdeen fishing village, a traditional floating village out in Victoria Harbour. We were shown around the village on a taxi boat. Next was to Dynasty Jewellery makers. Jewellery manufacturing is the fourth main industry in Hong Kong but everything was too expensive. Finally before the hour journey home was Stanley Market which was great. I got a present for somebody and Whitey got new sunglases absolutely dirt was unbelievable.

Back at the flat we relaxed for a while. When i returned with the shopping for lucnh...i found Michaela and Whitey were having a new shower and fridge fitted in the hotel room.

At about half five we left for KANYE WEST!! We got there a little early it is fair to say....well so early we opened to gate to get in ourselves. When we got to the stage we positioned ourselves in teh VIP area and were loving how close we were....couldnt be any closer. Unfortunately after about half an hour a guard came and told us we must wait in the waiting area which was basically just the pavement outside and escoretd us there. We waited in the little line and then when we got in ran to the barracades. The ticket guy told us 'VIP's round the corner' we werent those but he got confused...the bouncer refused to let us in and then got 'Jimmy' some 'high up guy' to take us in with no hassle. Our standing section was rubbish. Not at all how the seating plan showed! We werent happy especially seen as we had already been in the VIP section. We thought of plans and MIkay went to have a word....and failed. Second time though we thought she should go find Jimmy, say we had come all the way from England just for the show and there must have been some sort of mix-up. 15 minutes later she returned....WITH JIMMY! He flashed his pass and got us in so we stood the closest to the stage you possibly could! It was amazing.

The support was Edison Chen, a chinese artist, who was quite good but arrogant. Kanye was amazing, better than Manchester, and the scenery was unbelievable....the stage was set on the harbour front with the backdrop of the Hong Kong city skyline....the best skyline i have personally ever seen. What a night!!!
