the suspense is killing you! you wait at the station in queenstown for the bus... you wait on the 45 min bus drive... you wait for getting your safety gear...

then... take a never ending ride to the station above nevis valley... wait in there...

it kills you!

and then... you sit in the chair, get the last instructions and are ready to go

no time for hesitating this time - with the added benefit of not looking as scared as i was on the bridge yesterday... so i hope

the jump feels great! unlike skydiving the wind pressure is not that big and you can clearly see and enjoy falling faster and faster towards the river below - amazing!

you pull a cord and sit upright for the last bit and can enjoy the amazing scenery

definitely a must do in queenstown!

just arrived in beautiful queenstown (4 nights here, yeah!) and did my first bungy jump!

which was the original one where it was invented but only 43m high...


... soooooo

tomorrow i'm gonna jump 'the nevis' with nice 134m freefall down a valley

hell yeah! im scaaaaaaaaaaared

even the small jump today was quite a challenge... but 3 times the height... yummi

and of course there will be a video of my dorky & scared behaviour hehe
