Wildlife in NP Madidi
Today I came back to Rurrenabaque after three days in NP Madidi. This time spent with watching local wildlife were so amazing days Ive had ever enjoyed. First I had to leave La Paz, to Rurrenabaque its 18 hrs by bus. To Rurre I arrived at 7 am and after two hours I start with other 7 guys our three hrs long jeep ride to Santa Rosa, in Santa Rosa there was waiting for us our guide, so we moved our backpags to the boat and starts our days in wildlife area. The ride by boat on the river Yacuma to our basecamp took other three hours. We saw some birds, monkeys, turtles and dolphins. Second day in the morning we were searching for anaconda but werent succesfull. After lunch ride few km up the river where was location of pink dolphins and we were swiming with them, was very easy to touch them. In the night we were looking for some aligators and our guide (we gave him nickname Dundee) founded some in few minutes and took one small one out of watter so we could recognized how aligator nice animal is. Next morning we was fishing pyranha and then went back to civilization, first by boat to Santa Rosa and have continued to Rurre. In Rurre I spent night and next morning I continued back to La Paz.
Pictures from this days I download later.
