this fine museum situated at the hilly town of ambarawa, central java is one among few survived steam train station in the world. in here you can even experience to ride on classic train like 2 B25 0-4-2T thats still working well.
this station was one of the first railway system built by the dutch colonial government in the netherland indies. the railway was once linked some major and minor cities in central java, such as tuntang near salatiga, ambarawa, kedung jati, solo, semarang, jogjakarta and some other minor cities.
