Milan

We left Venice this morning to go to the Cinque Terre. On the way we stopped in Milan for a couple of hours, and decided to wander around town. Thankfully, the train station had luggage storage, so we dropped off our bags and headed into town.
We checked out the Cathedral of Milan in the Piazza del Duomo, which had a crypt that was elaborately decorated, then went to a great little restaurant and had a tasty three course lunch.
After lunch we hurried back to catch our train and made it to the Cinque Terre. After an impossible hike up a very steep hill, we were grateful to find that our hostel had an elevator.
