Very slow tunnel

I really dont want to complain. Really! And i hope soon there wont be any reason for that, but for now the Seattle LRT tunnel is just a joke. Let's start from the very beginning. At first i should say: Hey Seattle - good job! You've built a real tunnel in the city center to let the trains go through smooth and quick. It's not so obvious in North America, since there build fast LRT in the suburbs and slow mixed in traffic lines in the downtowns - almost every city in States (and some in Canada too) ruins the nice LRT system with the slow central section. But here in Seattle no - they did it right. Tunnel in downtown - elevated sections in suburbs, co road level crossings, fully independend. So what's happened in here? I still have no clue, but the central section in Seattle is so slow that i allow me the opinion: i would walk faster than the LRT goes through.
Seattle has also a short section of monorail, which is more like a toy than a real transportation. You can travel on it just from one station to another. It brings you actually nowhere. And it costs too much for just 1-station-ride. What i observed - people see it as a attraction for tourists. If it would be extended at least - let's say - 2 or 3 stops more it could be a nice line, though.
