Had a dull but great breakfast. Had Trouble with the menu again. ie "Snack traditional" What?? The omelette is excellent.

Got to Bran castle early and we had a ball. The view from the castle is magical and the entry price was average. The morning was windy but sunny so perfect for David's photos.
The driving today was not too far and our next step was Rasnov fortress. Built in 1331, it was a defensive shelter for the residents of Rasnov during attacks.
The open air museum is excellent and there is even a female human skeleton, in a basement. The view here is 360o and just wonderful. There were ruins of an 11th (12th) Century here too.

Back in the car to get to Peles castle, a real fairytale castle but this is a true tourist trap. It is 15RON each of us plus 30RON for photos. There was a sign that stated IF you take photos, you are not permitted to publish them anywhere in any form. WHY would I bother... Also they retain copywrite. Hmmmm Needless to say we took no photos.
The tour was short and only showed a 1/4 of the first floor. Wonderful place, needs work with PR and customer service.

Last stop was Brasov but it was dark when we arrived. We dumped our bags and David and I got Dan to do a walking tour of the town square. The Black church is amazing at night and the old saxon (german) is divine. Can't wait for tomorrow when we do a daylight tour.
