Mainly for me and those interested to keep track of where we went during my fourth season of coaching outdoor. This is the traveling I've been doing the last two months, not destination exciting but still fun.

Dunbar Invite

Non-running highlights: the tent almost blowing off the back of the stands, RB running several blocks to get a burger, our busdriver navigating through the streets of DC.

It was supposed to rain heavily today so I left the camera and sunscreen at home.  The sun decided to make an appearance for most of the day.  Therefore, I returned home with no pictures but a slight sunburn.

KH won first in boys' shot put.  AC finished 2nd in the seeded 1600m.

KC got first in the girls' 800m.

My girls JW and SG both ran under a minute in the 300 Hurdles which was an early goal I had for them.

The last running event of the day was the steeplechase.  While none of our boys ran in it, several members of the team had fun camping out by the watertrap and cheering every time a runner got wet.  On the last lap, one boy played it up for the crowd, solidly landing in the water which is at least knee deep at one point.
