Hotel Amsterdam Cologne

The Hotel Amsterdam is a wonderful economical choice when staying in Cologne. It is very close to the train station, the famous cathedral, and the center city. The rooms were very spacious and exuded old world charm. They were a little noisy however, and the bathroom small and narrow. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast buffet, among the best I've had in Europe. There is also a small bar to linger in after a day of sightseeing. The staff was very helpful.
