"The Friendly City"

It was in April (please don't go there in April because it is cold and the beaches are not much fun). But I had a few days when the sun graced us with it's presence. Cape Town was such a sweet delight, I, would definintely do it all again in a blink of an eye.

"The Friendly City"

Our drive through scenic and charming Cape town brought us to Port Elizabeth: This port famously known as the friendly city is the gateway to the Eastern Cape of South Africa. It is a modern town with all the commercial amenities like domestic and international airports and a harbour that serves for trading with international communities. Port Elizabeth is 763 kilometers east of Cape town, part of the Garden Route. As a tourist I found this to be the perfect complement to the scenes along Kysna. Having done the Wine route I so wanted to get into the garden route but we were out of time. We needed to start our journey back to Cape Town for our international flight back to Uganda. This is one place I would like to go back and revisit.
