Getting Beat up never Felt so Good
so Kelly (Kelleeoo) and I were down in Los Angeles with 2 pillows and cameras.
There seems to be a national event and everyone was game to beat each other up. You may just say that it is Los Angeles and that's the way of life there. This was something special.
We took the pillows out of the car and took a couple escalators up to ground level. Wow...it really is happening and out in public. A few dozen people, maybe 100 or so beating the crap out of each other with pillows. The feathers are flying!!
There was so much feathers all over the place that the floor seemed to have snow all over it. As the taunting kept happening, everyone was covered in feathers...there was even a birdman. What's this....a patrol car came to break it all up.
The event lasted almost 2 hours before it wound down and the massive clean up began.
Kelly and I took the pillow back to the car and decided to walk LA a bit instead of going to give and get hugs. We headed to the Walt Disney Concert Hall. I found out later that the WDCH was a part of the music center made up of 4 distinct buildings. We actually got a bit of exercise as the Hall was uphill from the pillow fight and once there we had many stairs to climb.
