Vacation with family, stayed in Fisherman's Wharf. Highlight of the trip: Alcatraz. I strongly recommend doing the walking tour with headphones. What a neat neat place. Don't just go to look at it, you MUST walk through and hear the stories. Also visited John Muir's Redwoods. Sh!t, I had no idea how big Redwoods were. It felt magical walking among them. Went to Napa Valley, it was nice. Enjoyed the Redwoods more! :) Well, the Redwoods with wine would be perfect.

Funky Hotel, In the Middle of the Wharf

A very fun hotel. Located at the end of Fisherman's Wharf, near the cable car stop, Ghiradelli's factory, McCormick and Schmicks. Loved this hotel, the shampoo/conditioner/lotion and soap were worth the stay. They had wine tasting in the lobby one of the nights we were there! Extremely clean, located near EVERYTHING! Beds were GREAT! I'd stay here again, and again, and again...
