Marina Place Condominiums Dillon

A 12 hour driver from Las Vegas to spend New Years in Frisco, Colorado. Caught in a blizzard but still had a blast!!
Cozy and Comfy
We were able to book a room at the last minute for New Year's weekend which was awesome! We booked it through an online website. They actually messed up our reservation and gave us the option to change location but we were stick with this place because a blizzard snuck in on us the next day and by then it was too late to change.

The price we paid was expensive since it was around New Year's and we just booked it a week before!! :)

They equipped the room with wood which made the wood-burning fire place really awesome and cozied up the place. However, you need to bring your own matches since they didn't provide any.

The decor was a bit cheesey. Needed a modern update.

The master bedroom was equipped with a tv and bathroom. The bed was EXTREMELY worn out. The other room had a much firmer and comfy bed but lacked a tv and bathroom.

The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable. The place slept 6 people but it was still rather crowded and there weren't enough rooms for everyone to lounge in the living room. some people had to sit on the kitchen table.

They didn't really provide a lot of towels considering our length of stay.

There's a bar/restaurant just down the street, which was GREAT when we got snowed in on New Year's Eve... and so we just hung out there to bring in the new year.

It's rather awkward parking since you have to park behind each other in a really slim stall. But I can only imagine the FANTASTIC view when it's summer and the marina is right there!!
