Yellowstone! (day 2)

July 2, 2008

  • Went all over Yellowstone
  • Saw mammoth hot springs and some more geysers, mud holes, and stuff like that. We saw steamboat, the world’s tallest geyser, and we got to see it have a small eruption.
  • We also saw a hot spring that was so acidic; it was as acidic as vinegar!
  • The only bad thing about the geysers is they smell bad.
  • We had dinner at the Old Faithful Inn-it  was really good and the historic part was cool
  • We went back to our campsite and had a campfire with our friends again-it was a lot of fun
