Grand Canyon, here we come!

We hiked slowly down into the Grand Canyon. Every rock formation caught our eye as we walked down the path. We were on the bright angel trail and we were so excited to see the beauty of the Grand Canyon. When we decided we had enough, we went to the top and looked around some of the stores and old lodges. It was cool. After we had looked at most of the stores, we went back to Mather campground and mom made brownies! Charlie, Lia and I got a lot of school work done. Lia and I were working when we saw a dog that was really cute so Lia said “Hey mom, can we go pet that black lab?” and my mom said it was O.K.That night, we had a campfire and roasted s’mores. Yum! That was my very fun day at the Grand Canyon.
