  • Drove from Cape Lookout to Honeyman campground
  • I am more that halfway through my history book! Page 550 of 953! Yea!
  • Saw another lighthouse. This one was the tallest on the Oregon Coast! It had a really cool interpretive center and we were able to climb all 111 steps to the top!!
  • We followed the Oregon Coast today. It is sooo beautiful! This morning we took an early morning (well, it wasn’t really early. More like 10:00 a.m.) and it was really fun. I love walking barefoot on the beach!
  • On our way back from the lighthouse, we took a path that took us right down to the ocean. It was very strange because instead of sand, there was round rocks! It was very difficult to walk on because not only were the rocks round, but they were on a hill so u were rolling down toward the ocean on round rocks. It was very difficult to keep my balance. It was lots of fun though. While we were near the ocean, a guy showed us a bright orange starfish that was hiding under a rock and lots of other sea creatures whose names I can’t spell.
