We've come on holiday (to Dalat) by mistake!

Dalat was, quite literally, a wash-out!

We arrived after a couple of relaxing days in Mui Ne and was looking forward to visiting the "Jewell in the Crown of the Central Highlands" of Vietnam, but were left pretty underwhelmed.  Basically, on our one whole day there, the heavens opend and we had the worst rain that we have experienced on our trip so far, hence we spent an hour sheltering outside a shop and then managed to make it back to our hotel.

We have heared from other people that the surrounds of Dalat contain some interesting and beautiful places, however we only saw Dalat, which had little in the way of character and we moved on to Nha Trang for a one night stopover before we head North to Hoi An.
