Arc De Triomphe
Paris is romantic in every way. Travelling alone made me just appreciate the atmosphere for what it was - all things good that people ever said about Paris. All the famous sights are within walking distance of each other, mainly all set out in straight lines. The beautiful architecture in Paris is hard to miss. Although, narrow one-way streets were abundant with many cars pumping out black smoke.

The shopping was fantastic, I bought a small suitcase to fit the extra clothes that I'd bought. Seeing Paris women dress to a T, made me feel a little out of place in my jeans, but I soon changed that by shopping daily! I stayed at Absolute Paris Hostel and the nearby streets were filled with hidden boutique shops everywhere. It was also not far from the Bastille markets that are open on Thursdays in which my Tour guide took me to.

I walked so much in Paris, just taking it all in. A city like no other - made me really appreciate Europe more than I ever hoped or imagined. The French language is amazing, but very hard to learn! People do speak English in Paris - do not be fooled by what you hear from other people's experiences.

The dessert is Paris are too good to pass up. Quite expensive, but worth it :) I stayed 6 days, but I wish I had more time there. I will go back this year for my 28th birthday :D can't wait!
