Yangshuo and its people

Flight to Guilin Airiport took about 1 1/2 hours from Hong Kong. (Guilin is located in Guang Xi Province). Once arrived, the couple of husband of wife waved on us. They took us by their car to the our guest house in Yangshuo. It took about 2 hours. (I stayed at Water Bufallo Guesthouse). I arrrived around 10 pm. The hotel is simple but clean and neat. It has a balcony so i can have a good view. We were so tired so we slept straightaway.
The day after we meet Alan, the local guide, in front of our Gueshouse, he offered us to ride by his motorcycle to see around Yangshuo. We are agreed and he called his friend, Kevin, to take my sister by his motorcycle. We visited many beautiful places.
First, they took us to the traditional market in Basha. The market was so interesting. They sell alot of things that i have not seen before in my life. And mostly are so cheap.  
Then we visited the place called "Shangri-La", it is 16 kilometers to Yangshuo, and features a scenic boat tour on a beautiful lake in a rural setting. As your boat passes by dancer from various minorities will greet you with traditional dances of welcome. You can boat along lakes for about 40 minutes to see the rice paddies, peach blossoms, green trees, rivers, bridges, caves, rocks, folklores of ethnic groups, various kinds of minority buildings, the folks performances of Miao, Yao, Dong and Zhuang.
It was really beautiful and we like it.
After visited Shangrila, we went to the old bride, and riding along the country side. We had lunch at a restaurant in the village, its the only one restaurant there. They cooked really nice food.
Then we visited one of the cave in Yangshuo ( I dont remember the cave's name) but it was beautiful. Then Moonhill, and finally the first day of our  tour ended. We had pizza for our dinner at the Karst Pizza, West Street, just next to our Guesthouse.
