I won a trip while i was working in a travel agency in Canada a couple of years ago. How lucky eh? :) The trip was for a week to a nice resort in St Maarten but i took the chance to see Curaçao and to visit a little bit to my family in Venezuela.

This is like a warm Holland

When i was 16 i lived in The Netherlands, i foud it very interesting, beautiful and i think the people there is very nice most of them, so friendly and crazy, as me. It changed my life living there. In Curaçao it was so nice to hear the Papiamento language, it sounds funny sometimes looks like Spanish that is bad written.

On my way to St Maarten i stayed a half day in Willemstad so i took the chance to walk it over, I loved the colors of the houses in Outrabanda, they have pretty much the same architecture as in Holland but they are not that narrow. If you´ve been in Holland you know what i mean (houses so tiny in a land where the people have the highes average hight of the world!). The colorful gives so much joy to the view. At night i walked a few times over the moving bridge they got there.

I loved the floating market but i don´t know why the hell i didn´t make a picture of it :( it was so cool
