One of my most recent trips turned out to be my most influential. If there is a place to visit to get away from it all, Japan is definitely one of them. Ten days of spending time here made me really appreciate the art, fashion, and culture of the Japanese.

DAY 3-4. 10:12 PM (Tokyo)

This is an image of me outside a Shinto temple in Japan.

To summarize everything that happened in the last two days, the tour started off with a bang. Got to meet my tour guide, and for the most part... I'm in Tokyo right now. Did a lot of partying and yesterday I spent wandering around Rappongi Hills. Revisited Shibuya and Harajuku once more, because we wont be back there for a while. The JR trains were always full, so we took Express most of the way back. So today marks he first day of our tour, and I got to see a lot of shrines and temples... like the Tokugawa and Meiji shrine, followed by the Imperial Gates of the Emperor. So it says that the Emperor doesn't come out unless for special occasions like his birthday or New Years. We got lucky for some reason and got to see the Emperor arrive at his gates. Imagine that.

The day never seemed to end, and we were constantly on the move. The tour ended around 8 PM... but I got to see the whole entire city of Tokyo by going up the tallest building in the city called Tokyo Metropolitan Towers. Apparently I've been getting more tired lately, and I don't know if I'm still jetlagged or what not. Gotta get some sleep and wake up early tomorrow, because we take off around 7.
