This was the war-cry for the free charity concert in Victoria Park, held to raise awareness and money in the fight against racism in London. I went with Lori (lovely_lori88) and Ruby (2win) and Loris Canadian friend. We marched through the park (yay for pickets!) and then entered the fenced off bit, after being removed of bottle-lids...
I had an awesome time at the concert, great music combined with the warm-fuzzy feeling asociated with charity! We took shelter from the rain in the Dance Tent, ate mayonaise with a side of chips and moshed to Hard Fi!
After Hard Fi we decided to bail, went to Covent Gardens where the most amazing store in all of Europe is... the Aussie/ Canadian Store!!! I bought TimTams which are God's Gift to chocolate biscuits and tried Root Beer (yuk :P). Then we hung out at Nandos eating bottomless fro-yo until closing time :D. Lori let me crash at hers, after watching In Her Shoes, and I even got a shower (nothing could be done for the shoes...). Next morning it was peanut-butter on toast and a quick Metro to the Victoria Station to get my coach back to Cambridge. Thanks Lori and Ruby!!!
