TB in Las Vegas!!

Melanie (mellemel) had planned on picking me up at 6pm, but was running behind. About 6:30 she pulls up with Angel (AngelBaby) and Tracy (TRE69) in tow. All I hear is laughter coming from the car and I think to myself... "This is going to be a fun night!". We greet each other like old friends and then it's off to meet with James (pearcetoyou) who is holding our place at Diablo's. We're not the only ones running late. Turns out Mr Punctual Will (w_clemmons) is also running late. LOL!

After hunting for parking we find a spot by New York, New York and then hustle it over to Diablo's in front of the Monte Carlo next door where James is patiently waiting. I think it was about 7:30 when we finally got seated. Will joined us shortly after. We found out earlier that Mark (travelman727) wasn't going to make it to Vegas because he had sprained his ankle and a few others were 'no shows'.

With tummys full we head over to MGM to see what kind of trouble we can cause over there. I'm excited because the lions are on display and I just HAVE to get some pictures. We huddle up to try to decide where to head next. Tracy steers us towards Rouge. It seemed to be a happen'n lil' spot, so we settled ourselves there and continued to enjoy good conversation, laughter and of course more drinks.

Eventually we lost Will to the tables. At about 2am the rest of us decided to call it a night. We all pile into Mel's car, drop James off at his car and then me at the house. Us girls said our goodbyes & goodnites. I make my way into the house and up to bed. As I drifted off to sleep nI thought to myself... "I wonder what the 'official' TB meet has in store".
