A couple of my friends and I decided to take a snowboarding trip over our Christmas break to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We made the choice to go there based on the amount of money and the skill level. We found a great rate on a condo right on the mountain that had ski in access, we did fit 7 people into a condo for 4 but it worked out great, no one had to sleep on the floor or anything. The skill level of our group varied from first timers to very advanced snowboarders, and the mountain was perfect for all of us. I was one of the first timers and I was able to advance very quickly and was going down blue trials with ease by the end of our trip. My boyfriend was one of the advanced ones and he had a great time exploring new trials and hiking other parts of the mountain. While we were there the mountain got plenty of snow. We had 14 inches in one night, which made for nice soft landings. We took one night to go into the town of Jackson Hole, it was a very nice town. We checked out many of the shops and then went out to eat. We were trying to save money so we heard of a great mexican restaurant called Merry Piglets. The food was amazing and very cheap. This was a great trip and we definitely will be going back next year.
