Today I headed out to the Anzac bridge to get some picture of and from the Bridge. Anzac stands for "Australian and New Zealand Army Corps". From the Anzac bridge I wandered down through Darling Harbor and over to Circular Quay. I hopped on the Sydney Explorer for a tour around town. The tour was nice, but it turns out that I had walked most of the route already!
From there I headed down to China Town, wandered about for a bit, then headed back to Circular Quay and caught a ferry to Watson's Bay. What a beautiful area! I think that if I were to live here, I would want to live in Watson's Bay. It has a very quaint, village type atmosphere, a small beach, and a lot of open space along the coast. Plus, the most famous seafood house in all of Australia is here. I purchased some drawings from a local artist on the beach to add to my "travel art" collection.
It's time to rest up before going out tonight. It is Friday night, after all! I had thought about going out last night but fell asleep before I could decide. How sad!
