On my way out, I noticed a sign advertising â€˜fresh prawns straight from the trawlerâ€™â€¦ Oh go on then, Iâ€™ll have my fair share of gluttony. These prawns were amazing, I found a great spot on the beach and pulled out my new gas hob (Â£12, cheep as chips), what better way to christen it. I cooked them with olive oil and garlic (of course), parsley, chopped fresh tomatoes and added some ready-to-eat noodles. It turned out to be the best meat Iâ€™ve ever cooked, so much so that I took photos of it. As Gordon would say: King prawns with fresh tomatoes, garlic and parsleyâ€¦ Done!
