Mistique

I got up with a sore bum from yesterday’s bumpy ride.  I left early because I wanted to reach Tin Cam Bay by 8, when they feed the dolphins.  The event wasn’t very good.  Only one lazy fat looking dolphin turned up and people who had paid 60 dollars (yes 6o dollars each) for the trip, in groups of five got in the water and fed more fish to this truly obese animal.  Not a pretty dolphin either, Its skin was covered in cuts and scratches from fighting with the other dolphins, probably over a burger or a KFC.

On my way out, I noticed a sign advertising ‘fresh prawns straight from the trawler’… Oh go on then, I’ll have my fair share of gluttony.  These prawns were amazing, I found a great spot on the beach and pulled out my new gas hob (£12, cheep as chips), what better way to christen it.  I cooked them with olive oil and garlic (of course), parsley, chopped fresh tomatoes and added some ready-to-eat noodles.  It turned out to be the best meat I’ve ever cooked, so much so that I took photos of it.  As Gordon would say: King prawns with fresh tomatoes, garlic and parsley… Done!

candiejames says:
sooo true...haha. I was the only one that the ugly dolphin swam up to. And the sign saying feed the dolphins for free...what a load! You have to pay to feed but can stand in the water for free.
