Meteor Crater

After having a good breakfast, we left the KOA Kamp ground this morning.
It wasn't a very good one by the way. The bathrooms were dirty, not what we were used to.
A bit of a disappointment.

So we left, with our mind set on buying groceries in the next town Winslow.
All we got was a little of Route 66, a bumpy road -> it felt like we were on horseback! LOL
The historic center was cute as well.

We first headed to the Meteor Crater.
WOW! that is a hige hole!
The admission fee was $15, which is rather high for what you get, if you ask me.
It was quite interesting though, but within 30 - 45 mins you've seen it all (unless you take the 1 hour hike alongside the rim).

From the crater we left for Flagstaff.
We've found the KOA Kamp ground easily.
As my dad ran out of underwear, my mom and I did the laundry.
In the meantime we sat in the sun for the first time this vacation.
The dryer needed to run 3 times, and still not all of the clothes are dry, so we've hung most of it inside the camper.

For dinner we walked to the Flagstaff Mall to have some Chinese food. It was very good.
The sesame chicken tasted like some oranges were used in it. Lovely!

The Flagstaff Mall is a nice mall, it has a nice range of stores.
For the first time I went to a Victoria's Secret store.
Wow, nice underwear they sell there!
I've ended up buying 5 pairs of undies for $25.
A very good deal if you ask me!
