Nuremberg!!!
i knew nuremberg, from history class, for the 'nuremberg trials' took place in 1945 - 1949. no other information...
nuremberg is the second largest city in bavaria with more than half million inhabitants. i would discribe it as a city with wonderful buildings, large roads & many many trees... it has many places to visit!
the old city is the main attraction of the city! in the 15th century nuremberg was one of the most important centers in germany, some of the firts book were printed there... in the old city there are buildings from the 15th century, churches, the town hall, museums & of course the castle. its very easy to to go around it all cause the area is small. also in the old city u can do shopping have coffee & eat.
nuremberg also has many museums, galleries, zoo, doflinarium & aquarium...
my fotos are mostly buildings... i was amazed! in the morning i was going to the exhibition & in the afternoon i was walking around the city.
the first day was just a walk to see how's the town! second day after i finished, i made a 'route' so i could see the essential (for me) sight's... the place where the 'nuremberg trials' took place... the johannisfriedhof, a wonderful graveyard, where someone can see graves from the 15th century... the burgraves castle, laying on the top of the old city... & the museum of modern art & design... the third day i walked around of the hotel... next to the hotel, there is a big park & a river... opposite the hotel there is a lake... finally i went for a walk (again) to the old city for the last time... :)
