I arrived in Bangkok on the 25th of January and travelled to Bang Saphan, Chumphon, Bangkok, Ayuttaya, Chainat, Koh Tao, Koh Nangyuan, Cha Am, Pattaya... I visited my family and my friends in Chainat, I celebrated the New Year's Songkran Festival in April in Bangkok and in Chainat and I was also invited to a few thai marriages. I will fly back to Thailand as soon as I can! :-)

Short Bangkok-Trip

When I arrived in Thailand my friend Pee picked me up from the airport in Bangkok and we decided that we will stay a few days in Bangkok cause he had to buy a few things there.
After I got some sleep and also got over my jet lag we went to Chinatown and bought many things for his tattoo shop.
Chinatown is a great place for cheap shopping, but it also can be very crowded!

Great shopping market
The famous Chinatown in Bangkok is a big, crazy market where you can (nearly) find everything.
The prizes are really cheap (depends of course what you buy) and at Chinatown there are always a lot of people (tourists, chinese and thai people) coming and going ... so there is always a lot going on!

If you are interested in chinese culture, old asian markets, chinese medicine shops and traditional chinese restaurants CHINATOWN is your place! :-)

There are also a lot of streetrestaurants and chinese restaurants with delicious thai and chinese food!

Attention:
Always try to ask for a cheaper price!
Not everybody speaks english!
Be careful with your portemonnaie!
