OK, now there are people around!
Sue and I made it there, arriving in the middle of the night to the middle of nowhere, having absolutely no idea where are we and what next. It was one of the only times that one of us took a Taxi during our trips, but we did felt we better do. We had a name of a place and the driver took us there. Just a nice place to stay, nothing special, they did had a nice yard but that's it.
So in the morning we start to tour around, looking for some info about the ferry to Palawan. It's look as there are so many ferry's companies, but it's just look like...all we could find is a weekly ferry and we were lucky to have it the next day.
So we did went and visit some sites, I'm sorry for not remember the names. The old city? and we had a fun evening in the cinema, the first time for me in about 6 months, since I left home.
I would say that the best way to describe what I had in Manila is junk food mania! I just had so much of it, and as they do in the Philippines - 5 times a day! non stop, till I couldn't take anymore...don't know what I had, but it was just so good, having some of it after not having any for the most of my trip so far.
The two of us had some problem to get use to all the activity around us after been to Batad, and we were walking in the streets looking around and trying to understand what all the people are doing there...were happy to be on the ferry
