Gracie and I took many pics of the KL Twin Towers that night after dinner

This was our day to wander the town and see what we found... we wandered through KL's China Town, bought some silk, and checked out the Central Market.  Some of this was really bad tourist stuff, knock off CD's and DVD's, but other stuff was really neat.  You just had to keep your eyes open and see what you could find.   Gracie took some quiet time back at the hotel, and Michelle and I did this trek on our own.

When we got back to the hotel we met up with Gracie, and we all went up to our lounge for Cokes (our favorite things) and to show her the silk I had found.  We had a nice visit, and then got ready for dinner.

That night we went to a really special place for dinner - a restaurant called "Top Hat".  It served amazing Malay food, and again, was not a tourist place.

I can't recommend it enough, it was a special stop for us, and I really look forward to going back.  We spent many hours here just enjoying the atmosphere of the place.  After our meal portion was over, they gave us the entire back room of the building to ourselves to enjoy our coffee in; it was like our own private lounge with a sofa, chairs, beautiful art, it was stunning.  Our own private party!

After dinner, we headed back to the hotel and went back up to our room, that had an amazing view of the twin towers,  Gracie and I spent a ton of time just taking picture after picture of them, from different angles and from different perspectives, through the thick windows of the room; we were determined that we would somehow capture how impresive they looked.
