Okinawa, Japan

Beautiful island.  Took a train up to see the cherry blossoms bloom at Nakijin, northern Okinawa.  Went to the Okinawa aquarium and saw the world's largest tank with held 3 whale sharks.  Impressive.  In southern Japan we stopped at the "last command" post on the island before the Japanese surendured.  Also stopped at the peace memeorial park, an old castle in Naha, and went shopping in downtown Naha.  Mostly tourist junk, but still interesting.
